مواد لازم:

 

سیب زمینی پخته و رنده شده                     1 کیلو

آرد                                                      3 قاشق غذاخوری

تخم مرغ                                               3 - 2 عدد

برنج پخته                                              به میزان لازم

سوسیس خرد شده یا گوشت چرخ شده        به میزان لازم

قارچ خرد شده                                        به میزان لازم

فلفل دلمه ای خرد شده                            به میزان لازم

هویج                                                   به میزان لازم

نخود فرنگی                                           به میزان لازم

ذرت                                                     100 گرم

کدو و بادمجان ریز خرد شده                        2 عدد

پنیر پیتزا                                                به میزان لازم

بکینگ پودر                                             1 قاشق مرباخوری


 

این غذا مخصوص ترکیه است.

 

نام این غذا پای سیب زمینی با سبزیجات یا پیتزای سیب زمینی است.

 

داخل ظرف مورد نظر دو عدد تخم مرغ کوچک و 3 قاشق سوپخوری آرد معمولی یا سوخاری و بکینگ پودر و نمک و ادویه اضافه میکنیم.

 

ادویه مخصوص ترکیه ای ها کیمیون نام دارد. که تقریباً معادل زیره است. شما هر ادویه ای که مناسب دیدید استفاده کنید.

 

کمی روغن میریزیم و مواد را ورز میدهیم تا به صورت خمیر درآید. اگر لازم باشد باز آرد اضافه میکنیم.

 

خمیر را ته قالب چرب شده به حالت خمیر پیتزا پخش میکنیم.

 

در ظرف دیگر سوسیس، قارچ، یک عدد تخم مرغ را مخلوط میکنیم و روی خمیر میریزیم.

 

استفاده از تخم مرغ در اینجا برای این است که مواد به خمیر بچسبد.

 

بقیه موادی که در مواد لازم گفته شد را به این مواد اضافه میکنیم. در صورت تمایل میتوان از زیتون بدون هسته هم استفاده کرد.

 

مقدار کمی روغن روی مواد میریزیم و سپس مواد را روی خمیر میریزیم و روی آنها پنیر پیتزا میپاشیم. داخل فر 180 درجه به مدت یک ربع طبقه بالا میگذاریم بعد از یک ربع دوباره به مدت یک ربع گریل را روشن میکنیم تا پنیر روی پیتزا نیز آب شود.

 

اگر فرصت مناسب داشته باشید بهتر است که ابتدا پنیر پیتزا را روی مواد نریزید وقتی پیتزا یک ربع در فر ماند بعد پنیر را روی آن ریخته و دوباره به مدت یک ربع داخل فر گذاشته و گریل را روشن کنید این روش بهتر است و پنیر خشک نمیشود.

 

میتوانید این پیتزا را با گاز و مایکروفر هم تهیه کنید به این ترتیب که بعد از اینکه پیتزا روی گاز کامل سرخ شد آن را داخل مایکروفر به مدت 2 دقیقه با درجه 100 بگذارید تا پنیر نیز آب شود.

What you said made a ton of sense. However, what about this?
what if you were to create a awesome post title? I ain't suggesting
your information is not good., however suppose you added a headline that grabbed people's attention? I mean آموزش آشپزی - پیتزای سیب زمینی is kinda boring.
You might look at Yahoo's front page and watch how they create post titles to grab people
interested. You might add a video or a related picture or two to get readers excited about everything've got to say.
Just my opinion, it would make your posts a little livelier.
