طرز تهیه بهترین غذاها، کیک، کلوچه، سوپ و آش، بستنی و ترشی

مواد لازم:

 

قیسی                    150 گرم

آلو برقانی                 150 گرم

آلبالو و گیلاس خشک   از هر کدام 150 گرم

کشمش بیدانه           100 گرم

زغال اخته خشک       100 گرم

زالزالک خشک           100 گرم

برگه زردآلو                50 گرم

مغز گردو                  50 گرم

آلو بخارا                   50 گرم

مغز یا گل لیمو عمانی  50 گرم

هل سبز و سفید        10 عدد

گل میخک                 5 عدد

چوب دارچین              4 تا 5 تکه

شکر قهوه ای            50 گرم

سرکه سفید             یک استکان

آب انار                     یک لیتر

نمک                       به میزان لازم

خرما                       50 گرم

 

در صورت دلخواه خلال میتوانید از کمی خلال پرتقال یا نارنج شیرین شده هم برای عطر ترشی استفاده کنید.

 

یا به ترتیبی که مواد سفت تر هستند داخل شیشه میریزیم یا به صورت مخلوط میریزیم که موقع مصرف کردن هم از همه مواد برداریم.

 

گردوها را قبلا به مدت یک ساعت داخل آب ولرم خیس کرده و دو بار آبش را عوض میکنیم بعد روی پارچه میریزیم تا خشک شود.

 

خرما هم خرمای خشک باشد و رطب نباشد چون رطب له میشود و رنگش برمیگردد.

 

زالزالک را میتوانیم خودمان خشک کنیم.

 

میتوان از کشمش پلویی یا سبز استفاده کرد اما باید بی دانه باشد.

 

موردی که میتوانید از این ترشی حذف کنید مغز لیمو یا گل لیمو است اما اگر حذف نکنید بهتر است.

 

همه مواد را داخل شیشه میریزیم.

 

روی شیشه باید کمی خالی بماند چون مواد وقتی داخل سرکه بمانند حجم آنها زیاد میشود.

 

دانه های انار را داخل مخلوط کن میریزیم بعد صاف میکنیم و با سرکه سفید میجوشانیم و وقتی همه مواد را داخل شیشه ریختیم روی آنها میریزیم و در شیشه را میبندیم.

 

ترشی داخل یخچال در عرض یک هفته آماده میشود اما بعد از دو سه روز باید سر بزنیم و اگر سرکه یا آب انار نیاز داشت دوباره اضافه کنیم.

Hello this is somewhat of off topic but I was wanting to know if blogs use WYSIWYG editors or if you have to manually code with HTML.

I think that everything said was actually very reasonable.
But, think about this, what if you wrote a catchier post title?

I am not suggesting your content isn't good., but suppose
you added something that makes people desire more? I mean آموزش آشپزی - ترشی خشکبار
is a little boring. You might look at Yahoo's home page and watch
how they write news headlines to get viewers interested.
You might add a related video or a related picture or
two to grab readers excited about what you've written. In my opinion, it might bring your posts
a little livelier.
